What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?
The Company may collect personal information about you (such as your name, postal address, telephone number and email address) that you provide voluntarily. You ordinarily are not required to register or provide personal information in order to access our websites, although certain sections of our websites may require such information in order to dispatch service to you. In addition, if you choose to contact us to ask a question we will collect your personal information so that we can respond to your question. If you participate in a survey after using our services, you may elect to provide your contact information so we can respond to your feedback.The Company may collect personal information online for all legal purposes, which include, but are not limited to: Games, Contests and Promotions. The Company may offer games, contests and other promotional activities that may require online registration. Persons wishing to participate in those activities are asked to provide certain personal information. Some of the information requested for this purpose is optional, but other information, such as email address, is mandatory because it will be needed to notify and identify winners.Also, some activities may require the selection of a user ID and password by the participating individual. "Contact Us" and Comment Features. The Company encourages visitors to its websites to contact us with questions and comments. Email addresses and other information of persons using these features may be collected in order to facilitate our responses to those inquiries.
Corporate Accounts. Lexington VIP Taxi Service offers corporate accounts to qualified individuals and companies. Applicants are asked to submit personal information, such as credit references and credit history. Information collected for this online application will be protected by Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") or other encryption mechanisms. Applicants may choose to print the application and mail it or fax it if they prefer that method to online processing. Special Promotions and Product Information. The Company also may offer you the opportunity to provide you with email updates and announcements concerning our products and special promotions. Personal information you have provided to the Company may be used to facilitate those communications.
When do we disclose the personal information we collect?
Except as provided herein, the Company will not sell or rent personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties. We may disclose personal information you have provided through our websites to persons or companies that we retain to carry out promotions and other activities for which you have registered or in which you have otherwise asked to participate. We also will disclose personal information if required by law, including compliance with warrants subpoenas or other legal process.The Company requires persons and companies to which it discloses personal information to restrict their use of such information to the purposes for which it has been provided by the Company and not to disclose that information to others. The Company cannot be responsible, however, for any damages caused by the failure of unaffiliated third parties to honor their privacy obligations to the Company. Similarly, the Company is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites that are linked to our websites.In addition to these limited disclosures of personal information, the Company may provide its affiliates or unaffiliated third parties with aggregate information about visitors to our sites. For example, we might disclose the median ages of visitors to our websites, or the numbers of visitors to our websites that come from different geographic areas. Such aggregate information will not include information of any individual visitors to our websites. The Company may provide personal and other information to a purchaser or successor entity in connection with the sale of the Company, a subsidiary or line of business associated with the Company, or substantially all of the assets of the Company or one of its subsidiaries, affiliates or lines of business.
Special Note for Parents
The Company takes seriously its obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act concerning the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13. Where appropriate, the Company will specifically instruct children not to submit personal information to our websites and/or will take reasonable steps to ensure that we obtain parental consent to such submission. Parents should be aware that information that is voluntarily given by children or others in chat sessions, email exchanges, bulletin boards or the like may be used by other parties to generate unsolicited email or other contacts. The Company encourages all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of the Internet.
Item 4: Objectionable Persons
1. Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of liquor or drugs or those who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or those whose conduct is such that, or likely to be such that, to make them objectionable to other passengers or prospective passengers.
2.The above paragraph does not, nor is it intended to apply to persons that are ill and accompanied by an attendant or nurse, nor to the person who is handicapped or disabled, that is ambulatory, but may need assistance in boarding or seating themselves on the Carrier's vehicle.
We do not guarantee one of our luxury cabs if booking with in less than 24 hours.
On Time Guarantee
For transportation from your home or office to the airport, Lexington VIP Taxi Service will pick you up on time or you ride free. This guarantee applies only to pickups from your home or office. This guarantee does not apply to pickups at the airport, downtown train/bus terminals, cruise ship piers and schools.
You must make your reservation no later than 6:00PM, Central Standard Time, the night before the service to qualify for this guarantee. "On Time" includes a 20 minute grace period that we allow for unexpected traffic and safety. We also ask that you be ready for a pick up 15 minutes prior to your reservation. This 20 minute window is necessary to accommodate the delays which may arise. This guarantee may be suspended, in the interest of safety, during certain weather conditions and other situations where safety may be compromised.
Your safety is our number one priority.
**Special note for holiday travelers: Due to increased traffic during the holidays, our on time guarantee is not in effect for five days prior to or following a major holiday event such Thanksgiving , Christmas, or New Years. However, we still guarantee that you will be on time for your flight if your reservation is booked no later than 6:00 PM, Eastern Time, the night before the service.
Payments and Cancellations:
All payments are due at the time that services are rendered.
Lexington VIP Taxi Service: The amount that displays on the on computer meter is what is due at the time of service.
In the event that your credit card or debit card declines or returned for NSF there will be a $50.00 fee associated with the original charge amount. Unless otherwise discussed with Reservations department.
A Credit Card or Debit card is not required for reservations online and over the phone.(Please note that the credit card is not charged at this time and the credit card must be present at the time of service. If payment cannot be made at the time of service, please call our office to get information on how you can pre-pay. Service needed on Fridays, Saturdays or during Prom Season require a 50% Deposit). If you would like to set up and account with our company, please contact our Reservations Team.A 24 Hour Notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call us directly to cancel. There are no cancellation fees for Airport Transfer . However, There will be a cancellation fee for hourly booking and out of town trip cancellations.
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation canceled with a minimum 24 hours’ notice prior to the pick-up time. This policy applies to out of town trips and hourly booking. Refunds usually show to your account within 7 days. We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 4 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification.
